This Webcast will prepare Employee and Labor Relations specialists on how to select and write defensible adverse actions. When agencies develop well-written charges based on what they can prove, they increase their chances of prevailing at the Merit Systems Protection Board. The presentation will include the following learning objectives: • Understanding the Employee Relations practitioner’s role at the proposal stage • Providing an overview of the approach to writing good charges • Understanding common agency charges and the penalty selection process The audience viewing the Webcast will have the opportunity to ask questions of our distinguished presenter on the matters discussed.
