We are seeking an online Display Advertising Analyst to manage and scale the Display Advertising business across North America. Display Advertising involves creating and optimizing online banner campaigns promoting HomeAway on relevant web sites. The role requires the ability to comfortably run all aspects of online advertising campaign management from planning with internal teams on ad creative and messaging, providing detailed requirements to our web developers, optimizing campaigns across multiple metrics, and providing summarized, concise reports on results. The candidate must possess strong analytical and business acumen to effectively optimize campaigns against KPIs and have experience with presenting and communicating with senior-level execs.
 
Main Duties:
-          Create, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
-          Efficiently manage spend to budget
-          Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on continuously refreshing creative portfolio
-          Build and maintain relationships with key, internal and external partners
-          Prepare detailed analysis and create executive summary presentations
-          Act as a thought-leader on industry insights and trends
Skills:
-          3+ years of experience in Online Display Advertising
-          Highly analytical and data-focused
-          Savvy with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
-          Strong verbal and written communication skills
-          Attention to detail and expert problem solver
-          Self-starter and self-motivated with experience in leadership functions preferred
-          Experience dealing with virtual/remote teams highly desirable
